A guest on a podcast told me about her aunt.
When she was a little girl – a bit pudgy and happy -she and a friend were eating ice cream.


A grown man walked up and said, “You shouldn’t eat that. It’ll make you fat.”

What did those girls do?
They laughed in his face and kept eating.
No shame. No hook. Just ice cream.
