Shame Is the Anchor You Don’t See
Shame Is the Anchor You Don’t See
Why nothing truly shifts until the shame program stops running the system
In this clip, I’m talking about the thing most people never look at when they’re trying to create change.
It’s not effort.
It’s not discipline.
It’s not a lack of skill.
It’s shame quietly pulling in the opposite direction.
You can want more.
Visualise more.
Work toward more.
But if shame is still active, it anchors you to an old identity.
The version of you your family, your past, or your nervous system decided was “allowed.”
Even when you think you’ve outgrown it.
Even when you believe you’ve rebelled against it.
Shame can still be running silently, shaping what feels possible and what doesn’t.
That’s why people feel blocked, stuck, or like they’re living beneath their capacity without knowing why.
This isn’t about fixing yourself.
It’s about seeing what’s been quietly pulling you back.

I work with people – particularly women, who are ready to get unhooked from the shame running quietly in the background and step fully into their next level.
You don’t need more effort.
You need to release what’s anchoring you.
